-The cancellation of the order will be processed, if the payment is not made within 72h, after the fulfillment.

9. Shipping Conditions

- We ship to Mainland Portugal and Peninsular Spain (excluding islands).
- Orders are shipped after payment confirmation.
- Orders are processed for shipment after payment confirmation and shipment by the contracted carrier (Transportes & Logística - GLS) within 2 to 4 business days, in the case of mainland Portugal. For Peninsular Spain shipments are made within 4 business days. We are not responsible for delays arising from strikes, nature phenomena, delays in the liability of the carrier and other occurrences unrelated to the company.
- Most deliveries are made during working hours on business days at the shipping address indicated by the customer when submitting the order.
- At checkout will be added the price for the delivery of the same to mainland Portugal and Peninsular Spain. The survey carried out on the premises of Mercado do Vidro will not add any type of postage.

10. Delivery Issues

In case of delay or not receiving the order, the customer should contact us through our email info@mercadodovidro.pt.

Upon delivery the customer must:
- Check if the packaging is in perfect condition.
- Verify that the product conforms to the order placed and that it has no visible defects. If no nonconformity is found, accept the delivery.
- If an anomaly is detected, either an error in the requested product or a visible defect, you must refuse delivery and request the anomaly form from the carrier (GLS) and then fill in the form intended for these cases, indicating the problem found. You must return the package to the carrier of the carrier (GLS).

11. Warranties

Under the applicable legal terms relating to the compliance of the good with the contract or hidden defects and in particular under the applicable legal provisions, namely by Decree-Law No. 67/2003, of 8 April, all articles marketed at www.mercadodovidro.pt are covered by a guarantee of conformity of goods for a period of 2 (two) years.

The exercise of the right to guarantee will always take place upon lodging a claim as set forth in the following Point.

Products must be returned as received with all elements (accessories, packaging, etc.).

The warranty does not cover products that have been misused or mishandled / applied by the user.

Products defective or not matching the order will be refunded.

Repayment of any amount paid will be made by the same payment method used to purchase the product, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

These provisions are without prejudice to any rights of the consumer arising directly from the law in force.

12. Complaints

After sales assistance: exchanges, returns, cancellations and commercial guarantees.

Pursuant to Article 10 (1) of Decree Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, the user has 14 days from the day he physically purchases his products to exchange or return his articles.

To return the items must be in perfect condition without signs of use and in the original unopened packaging. The consumer must keep the invoice and present it at the time of return.

If the consumer does not return the products under the conditions above, he will not be entitled to a refund of them.

The return of the product is the responsibility of the customer, and must deliver at the premises of Global Produtos de Embalagem, LDA - Rua João Vicente Soares Mota, 124 - Marco de Canaveses.

The amount will be refunded within 14 days after validation of the return conditions described above by bank transfer.

Order cancellation must be made before shipment (confirmed by email) upon express request via email info@mercadodovidro.pt. If the order has already been shipped, its cancellation is not valid and the return conditions apply.

In case of withdrawal in store, you have 1 day to request cancellation by email info@mercadodovidro.pt.

14. Responsibility
